Maximum Occupancy
The number of occupants cannot exceed the number indicated in the booking. Any additional guests without prior authorization may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and potential legal penalties.

The agency is not responsible for accidents, losses, or damages incurred on the property due to non-compliance with the rules or improper use of facilities.

Guest information will be processed in accordance with GDPR and only used for booking management and mandatory legal registration with the authorities.
