General conditions

                                         BOOKING CONDITIONS

1.- Your data will be treated in accordance with the data protection law and at no time
will be transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
2.- The reservation is only for the number of people indicated. Any alteration must be
notified and confirmed by Caribasol. The number of occupants is stipulated for a
maximum of 2 guests per room. In the event of non-compliance by the tenant,
Caribasol will apply the regulations stipulated in the holiday lettings law.
3.- The company reserves the right to change the guest from one flat to another similar
one, in the case of force majeure. The company undertakes to leave the properties
ready for the arrival of its guests. Should you find any irregularities on arrival, please let
us know in order to solve the problem. Complaints at the end of the stay cannot be
4.- Neither Caribasol nor the owner can be held responsible for any loss or breakage.
Caribasol and the owner cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or damage to
personal belongings and/or injury to the tenants or any of the members of their party.
5.- Neither Caribasol nor the owner is liable for any damage or loss, direct or indirect,
which may be attributable to the tenant, including those affecting the property, the client
himself, visitors, or third parties. We strongly recommend that clients take out
comprehensive travel insurance to cover this risk and also in the event of cancellation.
We recommend that all tenants familiarise themselves with the rented property to avoid
health risks or accidents.
6.- Neither Caribasol nor the owner can be held responsible for any alteration
independent of their will that may affect the tenant's stay (bad weather, insects, work in
the area, etc.).
7.- Caribasol is an intermediary and all rental contracts are concluded directly between
the owner and the tenants. Should there be a disagreement; Caribasol will act as a
mediator. The subletting of any property is illegal in Spain and will result in immediate
cancellation of the booking and eviction.
8.- Properties must be left in the same condition as found on arrival (rubbish removed
and kitchen clean and tidy) to allow the cleaning department sufficient time for the next
occupancy. If these rules are not complied with, a part of your security deposit may be
