**IMPORTANT INFORMATIVE NOTE 28/03/24:**
Due to severe drought and water shortage, the Andalusian government has decreed that the swimming pools will remain closed this summer unless the expected rain refills the water reservoirs. We will keep this note updated on a weekly base.
Fantastic two-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow, situated in a privileged frontline beach location in Calahonda, on the Costa del Sol. Only a few steps away from the well-known urbanization of Doña Lola, with a great selection of restaurants and within walking distance to shops and supermarkets. The south-facing lounge and terrace have open sea views offering the perfect location to enjoy all-day sunshine and listen to the waves. On the ground floor, the single-level property has direct access to the communal gardens and swimming pool, as well as direct access to the beach of Calahonda making it the perfect place for fantastic holidays. Some of the Costa Del Sol's most popular golf courses are only a short drive away and both Marbella and Fuengirola towns are less than 20km away.
A damage deposit of 200€ will be required for all reservations two months prior to arrival

Just love this place literally nothing to do except listen to the waves and soak up the sun
Take some good books wander up the hill for a pint at lunch time or walk along the broad walk to a beachfront restaurant .
