This beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom frontline beach duplex is perfectly located between Marbella and Fuengirola in the area of Mijas Costa. The property has high standard finishings and is stylishly decorated and furnished. The ground floor comprises an open-plan lounge/dining area, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with all appliances, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The lounge has a patio door opening onto a private terrace with views of the community gardens and sea, with the beach of Calahonda only 20 meters away. The upstairs comprises one bedroom with a double bed and its own very large, wrap-round terrace with further spectacular views of the beach and sea. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening onto the downstairs sunny terrace with further fabulous sea views. The second bedroom has a double bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating. The community has one outdoor pool overlooking the beach. Numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and bars are within a short walk, while some of the coast's most popular golf courses are only a short drive away.
