This lovely two-bedroom, air-conditioned apartment is located in the popular residential area of Riviera Del Sol, Mijas Costa. The main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, the second twin bedroom has a shower room in the corridor. The lounge/dining area has patio doors leading out on to a large sunny terrace with partial sea views. The kitchen is well equipped and has a separate utility area with a washing machine. The property is only a 20-minute walk to the beach or 15 minutes drive to Marbella or Fuengirola, while restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still. Some of the coast's most popular golf courses are only a short drive away. The property comes with a secure underground parking space. Ideal restful location to spend a holiday on the Costa del Sol.
