This beautiful two-bedroom, one-bathroom air-conditioned apartment is set in the stunning Parque Miraflores complex, in Mijas Costa. A unique community that boasts its own pool and bar/café during the high season. This first-floor apartment is furnished to a very high standard with a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and have fitted wardrobes. The beach is only a short walk from the property. There are also bars, and a wide choice of restaurants and shops can be found nearby. The complex also has an elevator making access very easy. Parque Miraflores is ideally located only 10-15km from Marbella and Fuengirola, and near some of the coast's most popular golf courses. A damage deposit of 200€ will be required for all reservations two months prior to arrival

Excellent place for long term rental. The layout is suitable for a family of 4. The environment is quiet, nothing is heard from the neighboring apartments. The equipment of the apartment is sufficient. Spacious terrace. The promenade by the beach is in an outgoing distance, the beach clean. Shop (lidl) 200 meters. We would like to stay again sometime in the future

The aircon only stays on for two hours maximum. Not helpful on otter days.
Only one towel per person was provided for the week which wasnt ideal. There is a washing machine but you wouldnt buy a box of 24tablets for a weeks stay. Also, beach towels see more
