This wonderful, cozy, and modern two-bedroom (both air-conditioned), two-bathroom holiday apartment is located in the beachfront complex of Playa Lucera, Calahonda, Mijas Costa. The complex offers a large communal pool facing the sea, direct access to the beach, and the promenade that extends from La Cala and ends at the beginning of the Marbella Municipality. This gated complex offers on-site allocated parking and beautiful and well-kept gardens to enjoy a relaxing holiday. This apartment is on the ground floor and is distributed on one level. The terrace offers partial sea views and is furnished with a dining table and chairs. The property disposes of high-speed fiber optic internet and over 200 international TV channels. The comfortable and charming living room is furnished with a sofa, two comfortable chairs, a TV and has hot and cold air conditioning. The complex is a 15 minutes drive to Marbella and Fuengirola and some of the Costa Del Sol's most popular golf courses are only a short drive away.

Alojamiento bien preparado para 6 personas, tiene de todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días. La recogida/entrega de llaves por un buzón es una comodidad. La ubicación no anima a pasear por alrededores, pero con coche es un buen punto de partida para excursiones. El parking en el alojamiento a veces complicado si llegas tarde porque no se tiene una plaza fija, hay varias plazas y el primero que llegue las ocupa. Si tienes un coche muy grande te puede ser complicado maniobrar
