Welcome to this beautifully renovated two-bedroom duplex, located on the beachfront at the popular Dona Lola complex in Calahonda, between Málaga and Marbella. With panoramic sea views and direct access to the promenade, this property offers an exceptional coastal experience.
Fully air-conditioned, the duplex features two south-facing balconies, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the stunning Mediterranean vistas. High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi and a Smart TV provide entertainment and convenience throughout your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, and large fridge/freezer, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease.
The bedrooms offer flexibility thanks to the zip-and-link system, enabling beds to be arranged as two king-size, four singles, or a combination, ideal for couples or families. The lower balcony features a dining table and chairs, while the upper balcony includes sun loungers. Four foldable beach chairs and a sun umbrella are also provided.
Guests can enjoy the outdoor communal pool with a separate children’s pool, free sun loungers, and beautifully maintained gardens with direct access to the beach. For a small additional fee, access to the indoor pool, gym, and tennis courts is available.
The complex is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. It is only 10-15 minutes by car to Marbella or Fuengirola, with quick access to Puerto Banús and some of the most prestigious golf courses in the area. Free parking and a coastal bus service to Marbella, La Cala de Mijas, and Fuengirola are also available.

The bedrooms are spacious and have fitted wardrobes. The beach is only a short walk from the property. There are also bars, and a wide choice of restaurants and shops can be found nearby. The complex also has an elevator making access very easy.
Parque Miraflores is ideally located only 10-15km from Marbella and Fuengirola, and near some of the coast's most popular golf courses.
A damage deposit of 200€ will be required for all reservations two months prior to arrival
