This 4 bedroomed 3 bathroom private villa is located in a quiet cul de sac in Las Chapas near Puerto Cabopino .It is just a few minutes walk to the nearest beach with plenty of beach bar/ restuarants (chringuitos) to choose from. On the ground floor the lounge diner has UK TV, Air Con. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom , upstairs has two further bedrooms and bathrooms,one of which is en-suite.

This group of town houses borders a superb community garden and pool.The downstairs has a large lounge with patio doors leading on to a superb sun terrace. This terrace has a gate which opens to give direct access to the pool and gardens. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and has a washing machine. There is also a cloakroom with WC. There are stairs leading down to a basement(4th) bedroom which has 2 single beds but a very small window!Upstairs has a master double en suite bedroom,two twin bedrooms and a second bathroom.The property has Air conditioning and UK TV.It is a few minutes walk from all local amenities and the beach so a car is not required.

A character filled detached air conditioned private villa, built and furnished in the Spanish style around a central courtyard. It has a very large garden with own pool (which can be heated).  The lounge is comfortably furnished and has UK TV and video. Steps lead down from the lounge to the dining area and a very large kitchen. There are also stairs leading up to another lounge area which has a piano.The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a separate utility room.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground level:-
Master bedroom, with double bed and recently refurbished en-suite bathroom.
2 twin bedrooms with a bathroom between the 2 rooms.
Upstairs is the 4^th bedroom, which is a double room with en-suite shower room also just refurbished..

The pool can be heated at an extra cost. There is a BBQ on the upstairs terrace, which is also ideal for sunbathing. There is a private parking space for the villa.
