There are also stairs leading up to another lounge area which has a piano.The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a separate utility room.

Master bedroom, with double bed and recently refurbished en-suite bathroom.
2 twin bedrooms with a bathroom between the 2 rooms.
Upstairs is the 4^th bedroom, which is a double room with en-suite shower room also just refurbished..

The pool can be heated at an extra cost. There is a BBQ on the upstairs terrace, which is also ideal for sunbathing. There is a private parking space for the villa.
