We work inside a very small area between Elviria and La Cala ensuring a prompt service and peace of mind to our clients that help is only a few minutes away! Our properties range from studio apartments to 5 bedroomed detached villas wiith private gardens and swimming pool.We currently manage over 100 properties, many of which we are able to offer as holiday or long term rentals. Some of our owners prefer not to rent their properties but still take advantage of our cleaning,laundry, transfers and maintenance services.

We have plumbers,electricians and glaziers always on call for any dillema that may occur during occupation, thus avoiding costly moves or irate clients! We will endeavour to rectify any problems that may occur. However, if for reasons beyond control the clients should have to be moved. Then you have the peace of mind to know we can always accomodate them in a similar property nearby.
