1. Acceptance of a booking will be made upon receipt of the 20% or £100 deposit as stated in the documentation and a completed booking form. By paying the deposit the client accepts these booking conditions and agrees to pay the balance eight weeks before the date of departure. If the balance is not received at least eight weeks before the date of departure the company reserves the right to cancel the booking. If a booking is made within eight weeks of departure, then the total amount due will be payable with a signed booking form.
2. In the event of cancellation the folloing charges will apply:
Cancellation more than 56 days......deposity only
Cancellation less than 30 days......50% of total cost
Cancellation less than 30 days......100% of total cost
To cover you in the event of cancellation we recommend you take out holiday insurance, which will normally refund you if the reason falls within the terms of the policy.
3. Accommodation is booked for the number of people stated on the booking form. Any alteration must be notified and agreed with Cariba Sol.
4. A damage deposit of £100 is required per villa/apartment. If the group is single sex then the deposit will increase to £200 This must be paid prior to the client entering the property or with final balance. This will be returned to the client 7 days after the booking period providing no damage has occurred during the letting period. Please allow up to 7 days for receipt. Claims against the deposit will only be made in the event of any damage caused other than normal fair wear and tear and/or if abnormal cleaning/laundry is required. Would clients please inform the Cariba Sol office in Spain promptly of any damage so that it can be rectified quickly. Any damage discovered after the end of the letting period will be notified to the client as soon as possible by e mail,letter or fax. Properties should be left in a reasonable condition so that they can be quickly prepared for the next clients.
5. The company reserves the right to switch a booking to accommodation of equivalent standard should this prove necessary due to unforeseeable circumstances.
6. The website is representative of the type of accommodation available. The photographs may not be the particular accommodation you have booked, and all television and video details are correct at time of publication, but are subject to change, confirmation should be sort at time of booking. |
